RV & Camper Parking Policy

All guests wishing to park an RV or camper trailer on Harris Ranch Resort property are required to stay within either of the two designated areas:

• Within the Harris Ranch RV Park with a valid reservation and booking fee (if a guest is seeking hookups and amenity access).
• Single, overnight parking for no fee only available in the gravel lot located behind the Fast Track and Tesla Charger Stations.

Reservations & Booking

• Reservations are required for all RV Park stays within the Harris Ranch RV Park.
• Guests must reserve and pay online at HarrisRanch.com/rvresort/ prior to arrival or upon direction from staff, subject to availability.

RV Park Rates

• Dry Camping (No Hookups): $49 per night
• Full Hookups: $99 per night

Check-In: 1 PM – Check-out: 11 AM – Max. Stay: 5 Days

Arrival

Upon arrival, please call (559) 935-0717 and inform our team you have arrived at our RV Park for your reservation, and we will finish your check-in process. Or, please visit our hotel lobby and check-in directly with the front desk.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or edits to your reservation must be made within 24 hours advance of check-in. Any cancellation received during the 24 hours prior to reservation will result in a charge of full price -- no refunds. If for any reason you are asked to leave either at time of check-in, or choose to leave early, no refund will be given.

Day-Time Parking

• We will allow for short-term parking during the day if a guest is only stopping by for a brief period of time to: Grab lunch/dinner, use the restroom, shop the Country Store, etc.
• If a guest is only seeking short-term parking for a few hours during the day, they must park their RV/camper in the lot south-end of the parking lot between the hotel and restaurant complex.
• Security must be vigilant in identifying the differing RVs or trailers who are only here for a brief visit, versus someone who intends to park overnight.

Hotel Guest Exception

• Guests who have a confirmed hotel room reservation at the Harris Ranch Resort may park their RV, camper, or trailer in the designated area behind the hotel at no additional charge.

Important Restrictions

• RV parking is not permitted alongside the oleander trees adjacent to the RV Park
• Overnight RV or camper parking is not permitted elsewhere on property outside of these guidelines.
• All parking decisions are subject to availability and staff direction.

Parking Restrictions

RVs must park within designated spots/stalls to avoid encroaching on neighboring sites or common areas. One vehicle per site. Additional vehicles may need to park in overflow lots for an additional $10.00

Site Maintenance

Guests are expected to keep their site clean and free from litter or debris. Improper disposal of waste may result in fines. Personal belongings, such as grills or furniture, must be neatly arranged to avoid clutter or safety hazards.

Hookup Usage

Proper use of electric, water, and sewer hookups is mandatory. Overloading power connections or improper dumping into sewer systems can lead to penalties.

Waste Disposal

Trash must be disposed of in designated dumpsters or trash bins.

Dump Station

All septic waste from RVs must be properly disposed of in our Dump Station. No exceptions.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours, usually between 10 PM and 7 AM, are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or loud activities during these hours may result in penalties. Quiet time is strictly enforced by on-site security/management.

Conduct

Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated on property.

Alcohol

Alcohol consumption is permitted for all campers over the legal age of 21. When consuming alcohol on property you are liable for your own safety and the safety of others. Do not drive on property (including golf carts or bicycles) during or after drinking. You are also liable for any destruction caused by you or your party.

Visiting Children

Children under age 18 should ALWAYS be under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian. Children should never be left unattended. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare.

Pet Rules

Leash Requirements

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times to ensure the safety of other guests and animals inside the park.

Pet Waste Disposal

Owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Please dispose of pet waste in the designated areas.

Aggressive Animals

Aggressive or disruptive pets may not be allowed in the park for the safety of all guests.

Pet Designated Areas

We proudly offer designated pet-friendly areas and a dog-run where pets can roam off-leash.

Amenity Policies

RV Park guests will be given key card access to the following areas --

Hotel Pool Area/Swimming

Swimming on property is at your own risk. We do not have lifeguards on duty. Swimming pool is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Guests must receive wristbands from front desk to be worn in the pool areas at all times. Any children under the age of 18-years-old must be accompanied by an adult at all times when inside the pool or Jacuzzi areas. The supervising adult will be held responsible for any damage caused by the minors under their care. No outside food or beverages allowed.

Pool Bar

Must be 21-years-old or older to sit at our Pool Bar. Guests can order food and drinks at the Pool Bar to be delivered poolside. Pool Bar hours of operation vary seasonally and are subject to change.

Laundry

RV Park guests are allowed to use the laundry room facilities located at the hotel. Please be sure to ask our front desk for locations.

Gym

Please treat the gym equipment with care and be sure to wipe down all equipment used with sanitizer.
