Don’t miss the small town charm of sunny Coalinga, California. Located just 14 miles west of Harris Ranch Inn & Restaurant, the western town features historic landmarks and beautiful rolling hills. Its R.C. Baker Museum is filled with fossils and collective memories dedicated to preserving the story of the Central Valley.
Head east about 26 miles to the Lemoore Golf Course. The par-72 course measures over 6,500 yards from the back tees and boasts 18 holes, a full-service café and pro shop. Also in Lemoore, you’ll find the Sarah A. Mooney Memorial Museum, a lovely Victorian home built in the 19th Century. Drive another 10 minutes east to visit the Hanford Carnegie Museum. The whole family will enjoy the interpretive exhibits and knowledgeable local historians.

Established in 1966, Harris Farms Horse Division is devoted to the raising and training of thoroughbred racehorses. Each year over 300 broodmares pass through our breeding shed. Combining cutting-edge technology with old-fashioned horsemanship has resulted in our proven track record of producing winning thoroughbreds.
Although not owned by Harris Farms, California Chrome was born and raised here. This champion was the winner of the 2014 Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes. Winning the 2016 Dubai World Cup made California Chrome the all-time North American horse in earnings won.
The Jack A. Harris Memorial Scholarship Foundation was established in 1981 by John C. Harris, friends and associates to honor his father, the original founder of Harris Farms and affiliated Harris entities. The goal of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to those in pursuit of higher education. In the last 37 years, hundreds of students have benefited from such assistance and have gone on to distinguished careers in a variety of professions.
Established at the epicenter of our farming operation, the Harris Hospitality Division opened in 1977 with our restaurant, and grew to include the inn in 1987. The property boasts 153 well-appointed hotel rooms and suites, 7,500 sq. ft. event/conference space, and multiple restaurant venues serving the West’s most trusted brand of beef.
Harris Ranch Country Store features one of the busiest full-service meat counters in the San Joaquin Valley, selling in excess of 120,000 pounds of beef annually—often packed fresh for travel. Our Country Store also offers freshly baked pastries and fine gift items.
